He started his investment career as a registered representative for several FINRA member broker dealers in Southern California. He concentrated his time on investments specializing in energy operations, waste disposal projects, entertainment, real estate development, as well as listed securities transactions.<\/p><p>In time, Michael went on to form and serve as the President\/Principal of an online-based FINRA registered broker dealer and later served as the President\/Principal for a traditional FINRA registered broker dealer. He also has served on numerous executive boards as a director.
